– Item category: Which items are you shipping? (e.g. cell phone cases, handbags, T-shirts, car parts)
– Weight: How heavy are your items on average? If this varies greatly, use the items that you send most frequently.
– Fragile: Is one of your items easily breakable and needs to be handled with particular care?
– Item size: What is the average size of your items?
S (up to 500g) Ex: Cell phone cases
M (up to 5kg) Ex: Bags
L (up to 15kg) Ex: Monitors
XL ( from 15kg) Ex: Washing machine
– Batches / BBD / serial numbers: Do your products have a best-before date (food) or a serial number (electronics)?
– Dangerous goods: Are certain safety regulations applicable to your goods?
– EAN: Do your items have a scannable barcode (EAN, GTIN, or self-created) on the individual product or packaging unit?
– Parcels per month: How many parcels do you send per month? Take an average, or the values from the last month.

– Parcel size: What is the average size of your parcels?

XL Forwarding shipping
– Cardboard packaging: Do you have your own shipping packaging or should we provide you with cardboard packaging?
– Filling material: Do you have your own filling material or should we provide you with some?
– Shipping countries: Which countries do you currently ship to? E.g. DE, Austria, EU, Switzerland, UK or worldwide
– CEP: Do you have your own contracts with shipping service providers (DHL, DPD etc.) or would you like to use our shipping conditions?
– Shipping service providers: Which shipping service providers will we work with?
– Orders / month: How many orders do you have per month? Take an average, or the values from the last month.
– Items / order: How many different items / SKUs are in a shopping cart on average? Example: 3x T-shirt + 1x lighter = 2 items
– Inserts: How many flyers or stickers are enclosed with an order? Select “Zero” / “0” for none.

– Items in stock: How many different items / SKUs do you have in stock?
– Parcels/month: How many single-variety parcels (only 1 item / SKU in the parcel) do you receive from your suppliers per month? Select mixed packages if there are several items in one package.
– Pallet / month: How many single-variety pallets (only 1 item / SKU on the pallet) do you receive from your suppliers per month? Select a mixed pallet if there are several items on one pallet, or convert to single-variety packages.
– 20″ container / month: How many 20″ containers have to be unloaded on average per month?
– 40″ container / month: How many 40″ containers have to be unloaded on average per month?
– Mixed packages / month: How many mixed packages (more than 1 item / SKU in the package) do you receive from your suppliers per month?
– Mixed pallets / month: How many mixed pallets (more than 1 item / SKU on the pallet) do you receive from your suppliers per month?
– Returns per month: How many returns (undeliverable, item not liked) do you receive per month?
– Item pieces per return: How many pieces are in a return on average?
